Product information

PIRANI LIFE, INC. is the business responsible for the products sold on this website. Questions about a product, and reports of a problem with one, can be sent to support@anglovia.shop or raised by telephone during the hours above.

Every product page shows capacity in ml and oz, size in cm, what is in the box, the colors available, the material line, care, product safety and the responsible operator, together with four or more photographs: a studio photo in midday sun, a side view or second angle, a beach scene, a close-up and one photo per color. Our pieces are made in the colors Coral Punch, Lagoon, Sunbeam, Flamingo, Seafoam and Night Swim, with small pieces also in Party Mix and Tide Mix.

Material lines used on the site: tumblers are a double-wall insulated body, matte powder-coated outside, with a polished metal lip on the slanted rim. For lids, straws, toppers and bands, material details are available on request. Sleeves and carriers are fabric, with fiber content on request. The metal grade, the plastics used in lids, straws and toppers, and the food-contact documents are being confirmed with our supplier and are available on request by email. We publish hold times only once we have measured them for a model, and none are published yet.

Care and safety: lids are not leak-proof — keep tumblers upright. Never microwave a metal tumbler. Do not drink hot liquids through a straw. Straws and toppers contain small parts and are a choking hazard; they are not for children under 3 and are not a toy. This is not a children’s product. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (VSBG statement). If you have a complaint, please email us first — we reply within two business days.

Consumers in Denmark may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.forbrug.dk. Consumers elsewhere may also contact the consumer authority of their own country.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Governing law

Sales through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This never removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country or US state where you live. Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. The arbitration agreement and class action waiver in our Terms & Conditions apply only to customers resident in the United States; they do not apply to consumers resident in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Canada (Quebec).

If you are resident in the United States, you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@anglovia.shop with your name and the words “arbitration opt-out”. There is no other consequence, and small claims court is always available to you. The limits on liability in our Terms never exclude liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights; some states and countries do not allow certain limitations, so parts of them may not apply to you.

The product designs, the images, the texts and the ANGLOVIA name and logo on this website are created for and belong to PIRANI LIFE, INC. Product photographs and beach scenes are created for ANGLOVIA to show the products; please ask before reusing them. Props shown in the beach scenes — drinks, towels, food and sunglasses — are not included with any product.
