Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
ANGLOVIA does not sell or share your personal information. How to send an opt-out request anyway, and how we treat Global Privacy Control.
On this page
Short answer: ANGLOVIA does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. There is nothing on this site to switch off. You can still send us a request below and we will record and honor it.
This page explains how to submit an opt-out request under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable US state privacy laws. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out the full detail of what we collect and why.
The store is operated by PIRANI LIFE, INC., a Florida corporation; ANGLOVIA is its trading name, and the company is the controller of the personal information described here. You can find its details on our Legal Information page.
What we do, and what we do not do
- We do not sell personal information for money or for anything else of value.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising on other sites.
- We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, tag managers or analytics scripts of any kind.
- We do not build advertising profiles and we do not hand your details to a data broker.
- The only cookies we set are strictly necessary ones: our shop session and cart cookies, ag_lang for your language, the country and currency choice made by our pricing plugin, and fraud-prevention cookies set by the payment methods shown at checkout when you use them. Our Cookie Policy lists them one by one.
- Your answer to the cookie note is kept in your own browser’s local storage (ag_cookie_ok), not in a cookie, and never reaches us.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out from sale and sharing.
How to submit an opt-out request anyway
If you would rather have it on file — or you simply want to be certain — you can opt out by asking us directly. There is no form to fill in beyond an email, and you do not need an account with us. Any of these works:
- Email us. Write to support@anglovia.shop with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share. Tell us the name, email address or phone number you used with us so we can find the right record. We do not need anything else.
- Use the contact form. The form at our contact page reaches the same inbox. Choose the privacy option if one is offered, or simply say in the message that you want to opt out of sale and sharing.
If we genuinely have no personal information about you, we will tell you so rather than leaving you waiting. In practice that is what happens with most visitors, since we only hold details for people who have placed an order, signed up to hear from us, or written to support.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request: we read the signal, note it and stop any sale or sharing for that browsing session. You do not have to do anything on our side, and you do not need to email us as well. If you would like the opt-out to apply to a record we hold — your customer account, for example, rather than just your current browser session — send the email described above and we will apply it there too.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you. The agent can email support@anglovia.shop using the same subject line, or use the contact form. Because opt-out requests do not require us to verify your identity, we generally do not need anything more than the details needed to find your record — but we may ask the agent for written proof that you have authorized them, and we may contact you directly to confirm. If you have given an agent power of attorney under your state’s law, tell us when you write and we will follow that instead.
No discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price or rate, give you a lower level of service, or suggest that you will receive a worse deal because you exercised a privacy right. Our tumblers, sleeves, toppers, lid packs and carriers cost the same whether or not you send an opt-out request, and there is no financial incentive programme attached to opting in. There is nothing you give up by sending this request.
What happens after you send a request
- We reply within 45 days of receiving it. If a request is unusually complex we may take up to a further 45 days, and we will tell you if that happens.
- We confirm in writing what we did. For an opt-out of sale or sharing, that is straightforward: we record the request and it applies going forward.
- There is no charge for making a request, and making one more than once does not cost you anything either.
- If you would like to know what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, the same two channels work — email support@anglovia.shop or the contact form — and the Privacy Policy explains how verification works for those requests.
If you are outside the United States
This page is written for shoppers covered by US state privacy laws. Customers in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Norway have separate rights — access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and those are set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: the same agreement not to sell or share your information applies to everyone, wherever you live, and there is no advertising tracking on this site for anyone.
